Wish I had never bought this mattress

Have had this mattress for approximately three years now. No complaints about comfort or sleeping. My complaint is the price and the weight of this mattress. When the delivery men, and I mean, they were big men carried this into our house. They actually made a comment about the heaviness of a sterns and foster mattress. Please do not write me back, telling me why this mattress is engineered this way, I don't care it is ridiculous that a mattress weighs what this mattress does. you recommend rotating the mattress and you recommend buying a power base, I can understand needing the power base. It is an absolute Terror to have to even rotate this mattress. I cannot believe it weighs what it does no need for that. For that reason I will never purchase another one. If it sounds like I am upset during writing this review, it is, because I just finished rotating this ridiculous mattress.

We had mattress-in-a-box for our previous mattresses and thought we'd upgrade to an S&F because we THOUGHT that if they were more expensive then it would be better quality. Boy were we wrong. The mattress came saggy, but I thought it was just me, but as we continued to use it we realized it was the mattress. When we tried to do a warranty claim, it was cumbersome, time consuming, and frustrating with a LOT of back and forth with their claims team. After several rounds of photo sending an explanations, they ended up denying the claim on a technicality which they could have done at the start. We were incredibly frustrated that they wouldn't stand behind their products nor offer any kind of compensation for our troubles and back pain. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. They don't even make this mattress anymore which should say something.

The first night sleeping on this mattress was truly one of the best nights of sleep I have been able to have in a VERY long time. I am a side sleeper & my husband is too. I felt so comfortable all night long, even after having surgery just a week prior to receiving this mattress and I felt supported all night long.
I truly did not want to get out of bed & go to work this morning. My husband and I went back & forth on purchasing this mattress and I am 100% so glad we just did it.
This is the first review I have ever left for a product I've bought. That's how truly great I feel about recommending this mattress to any future buyers.

My Stearns and Foster mattress is absolutely fantastic. I'm a big and tall guy and this is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. I sleep deeply without waking up in the middle of the night anymore. I highly recommend spending the money on this quality mattress.

By far the worst mattress I have ever owned. We bought a king size and in less than 2 years it had a big hump in the center it took about 3 months of back and forth to get it replaced under warranty. The model we had they did not make anymore and we went with the Hybrid Lux on the next one. The new mattress did the same thing in a years time. I would not recommend there mattress to anyone.
Their warranty service is all automated you can't talk to a person. A lot of back and forth emailing. It is so frustrating.
We bought our first one when we lived in Arizona and then moved to Indiana where we started having issues with it. I went through the LONG warranty process had to pay a delivery fee and a disposal fee. I opted out of the disposal fee and gave it away. The first one was discontinued and they said the replacement for it was the hybrid lux estate. We went with that in a king like our last and in a medium in firmness. In less than 1 year it was doing the same. I contacted them recently to try the process again and it was the same hassle. Filled out all the warranty information. I did not have a receipt for purchase so I could not provide it. I never heard anything back so I messaged them through Facebook and they said I never submitted anything and would have to do it again. It is very frustrating. Worst warranty process ever.
Now they say it won't be covered under warranty because I have a flat solid base like plywood, but their website says to use a solid flat base.
Worse company ever!
