I was working out of town for three months and slept on a tempurpedic mattress. Slept better than I had in years. Needed a new mattress at home and tried a highly rated bed in a box mattress with a 100 day trial period. At first I did like the bed in a box but then ended up experiencing shoulder pain from sleeping on my side. Fortunately, it was within the trial period so I obtained a full refund. With the ProAdapt Medium Hybrid my shoulder pain is gone and I am sleeping 30 to 60 minutes more a night. It did take a few weeks to break in but I now sleep better than I have in a long time. It cost a little more than twice the price of the bed in a box (and I'm glad I tried it), but it is well worth it. I look forward to going to bed every night and wake up more refreshed than I have in decades.

We used our first mattress for a bit over 10 years (it developed a sag finally after the warranty expired). We purchased a similar one to replace it. Customer service identified the most comparable currrent mattress to the one we had. The store (Kenwood Mall, Cincinnati) had a good selection, and the salesperson (Brandon) did a great job explaining the mattress differences and encouraging us to try each of them to firm up our decision. The mattress is great. We lover sleeping on it. The delivery personnel were on time, clean, courteous and careful of our carpets and walls. They took the old mattress and all of the packaging materials. Terrific. The worst part of our experience was completing the product registration on the Tempur-Pedic website a few days later. Only then did we learn that we needed a serial number from the mattress that was somewhere to be found under the zipped cover of the mattress. The serial number was not provided with delivery paperwork, and neither the delivery personnel or paperwork suggested capturing this number before we did all the work to make our bed (which is a two-person job considering the weight and size of this mattress). We didn't appreciate this rework and oversight.

Bought this mattress because it is supposed to relive back pain, unfortunately this mattress has done the complete opposite. I am currently sleeping on my couch because of it.

I absolutely love the product. The smell that takes almost a month to go away is really challenging. This is the second Tempur-pedic. I've bought in the last few years and I've had the same issue. As much as I love the bed for that reason, I'm not sure I would buy another one because of how thick I got from the smell each time.

Worst Mattress Ever - Run!

This mattress has been both the most I've ever spent and the worst I've ever owned. After about a year the support went to nothing. By about 3am the mattress heats up enough and compresses to around 5" tall. For whatever reason, my shoulders are below my hips, so I sleep inverted. My guess is it has less support around the edges. The usable sleep area is much smaller than other kings because of the same reason, you will start to roll off if you sleep too close to the edge. My wife and I wake up with back aches and shoulder aches every single morning. It also sleeps extremely hot. Basically all the worse things you've heard about a tempurpedic, this mattress has it. My only guess it they possibly used different materials during Covid. I contacted customer support and they would do absolutely nothing. Never again. We just threw it out and replaced it with a Bear and it's amazing.

This is my second Tempur-pedic bed. I loved my first bed so much. I bought another one. I would never ever buy another brand. It sleeps well. It's the best quality. If I ever need another bed, I will definitely buy a Tempur-pedic.

under 3 years for mold under waterproof mattresses cover and customer support doesn't care. Non of other cheaper mattresses or Tempurpedic pillows got any mold, which means they sold me deffectibe product. Accused me of not proper exploitation while it's was under cover all this time. Would not recommend deal with this company

I got the "medium" firmness option. Seems a bit firmer than I wanted but then I read it can take two months or more of use to break it in and soften it up a bit. It is getting more and more comfortable. I had a Tempurpedic mattress I replaced with a Casper after 14 years of use. The Casper was just OK and after it started becoming uncomfortable after a little over 6 years I decided I wanted a Tempurpedic again. Hopefully spending the extra money will be worth it and this new one will turn out to be just as nice as the first one!
